SOLUTIONS OVERVIEW
Locating and Capturing high-value target customers-
Our adaptive Intelligent Lead Management system can identify the most valued targets where they are, solicit them more efficiently and generate much higher close rates than non-adaptive lead systems. We use a 100+ step proprietary process including everything from semantic tools to dynamic lead capture forms in a closed-loop adaptive system which gets “smarter” over time, offering a sustainable stream of highly relevant leads.
The system can generate double digit increases in leads, closed transactions and cut costs by 30-50% over time.
Comprehensive on-line branding and perception management-
We utilize all of the relevant elements of Web 2.0 from creating automated content mini-sites to leveraging related communities, blogs and wiki’s to help control and influence the discussion around and perceptions of a company’s products and brands. These processes can be built into highly targeted, yet automated systems which not only provide “dashboard-like” management but allow for relatively rapid response as perceptions and outside elements change.
In addition, the impact/cost ROI of such a turnkey system can generate enormous marketing impact and cost-savings in the mid term.
Awareness Generation - The explosion of social media usage provides unrivaled insight into the preferences, relationships and opinions of both B2C and B2B target audiences. Consumer sentiment indicators found in online attention data gives us the ability to create present tense influence models that provide you with the means and the insights with which to reach your constituents in a highly relevant, meaningful and enrolling manner.
Perception Management- Social media has democratized the internet turning consumers of static Web 1.0 content into highly influential publishers of dynamic Web 2.0 content. The radical speed with which messages can be self-distributed, coalitions formed, and consumer advocacy protests organized in the Web 2.0 environment is a formidable force.
Marketing to Inventory-
Semantic tools and monitoring protocols can be tied to Supply Chain Management (SCM) into a customizable system which can become fairly predictive in aligning market sentiment and demand to a company’s key resource decisions. The combination of near real time market insights coupled when aligned with product availability, helps optimize inventory and marketing commitments against the realities of the marketplace.
Web 2.0 Defense-
Our Web 2.0 Defense protocol is a comprehensive system to manage global web presence in relevant social media influence sources. The system provides you with intelligent alerts and autonomous response agents so as to manage web-based dialogue and pre-emptive response to corporate event crises.
Marketing Analytics-
Marketing Analytics guides the response of near-real time adaptive marketing initiatives insuring their efficient and dynamic performance. Robust and near-real time sensitive analytics can be used to support demand forecasts, consumer trend identification and product position.
